1. Payment terms: Full payment is required upfront before production and delivery of orders.
2. Delivery:

• Online Exclusive Journals & Notebooks: 5-7 working days
• Customized Journals: 7-14 working days

3. Order Changes : We strive to process orders promptly. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.

4. Returns: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges accepted.

5. Shipping: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We'll notify you if there are any delays.
